Rocky Road

My local Weis Market has a little section dedicated to vintage candy bars and snacks. That's where I found the Rocky Road bar. I had never heard of this before, but according to the company website, it dates back to 1918 and it has been one of the top 40 selling candy bars on the West Coast as recently as 2007. I can see why that would be the case because it's pretty tasty! It's not super complicated - just a big fluffy marshmallow coated in milk chocolate with minced cashew pieces throughout the coating, but it really hits the spot.
