Pennsylvania Lottery (1990)
Even though slot machines weren't legal in Pennsylvania until 2006, the state used them to generate revenue for many years prior. Throughout the 80's and 90's, a lot of the Instant Lottery tickets were themed after slot machines and casino table games, essentially turning every gas station and convenience store into a scratch-off casino.
Here are some of the ones that I received in a lot of sample tickets that I bought on eBay last August.
