Fajitas Chihuahua

These were every bit as delicious as they look. There was more than enough shrimp, bacon, chicken, cheese, grilled veggies, rice, pico and beans to fill three good sized tortillas with leftovers to bring home.
Before this past weekend, I hadn't been to a Plaza Azteca before. It's a chain that has most of their restaurants in Pennsylvania and Virginia with a handful of other locations in New Jersey, Maryland, Connecticut, Massachusetts and North Carolina. It wasn't somewhere we planned - just happened to be getting hungry and saw it on our drive, but I'm very glad that we stopped. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced, and the service was excellent with chips and salsa served as soon as we sat down. We had dinner on the patio which wasn't fancy, but it was clean and comfortable, and everyone was spaced apart. I would definitely come here again.
