Pennsylvania Lottery (1991)
This is another one of the vintage Instant Lottery tickets that I recognized right away when I saw it. Like the Run For The Money ticket, it's from 1991. I guess it makes sense that I recognize them. I spent a lot of time at my grandparents house that year before I moved to Florida.
