This DVD package was recently shared on a Cinemassacre video about crazy VHS tape cover art, and I couldn't resist looking into its origin. The photo was taken at a bizarre in Afghanistan by Naxir and shared to Reddit. It's a bootleg video that was most likely manufactured in China, and it allegedly contains 48 movies on a single DVD-9, including the Highlander series and The Hunt For Red October. I can only imagine how awful the video quality must be to be able to squeeze almost 100 hours on one disk.
I'd like to think that somewhere in this world, an indy wrestling promotion used this as a poster for a show that was headlines by a performer cosplaying as James Bond fighting against a phallic interpretation of The Rock.
