S.S. Warrimoo
Captain John Phillips led this passenger steamer from Vancouver to Australia in the winter of 1899. On the night of New Years Eve, the steamer crossed the International Date Line. The front of the ship existed in January 1st, 1900 while the rear of the ship was still in December 31'st, 1899. For a few moments, the S.S. Warrimoo existed in two different centuries at the same time.
