The McClam Slam
Secret menu items are for amateurs. The true professional gluttons among us look to raise the bar by combining fast food items from different places altogether... although it does help when the two restaurants are right next to each other, as is the case with the McDonalds and Long John Silvers on Rt. 93 in Hazleton.
What can I say? Some people smoke... others vape. I stuff McDoubles with fried clams.
